Dr. Sharla Hays has spent most of her life in North Texas. She completed her undergraduate at Texas A&M University with a major in Biomedical Sciences. She attended Medical School in Fort Worth at North Texas Health Sciences Center and graduated with a Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree in 2002. She then completed her residency in Pediatrics at University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston in 2005. Dr. Hays is board certified and has been employed as a Pediatrician at Walter Leon, M.D. P.A. since 2005.
Dr. Hays is married and has three sons. She and her family enjoy traveling, spending time outdoors, and watching sports.
